Burma National Revolution force (BNRA), a new army establishes in central Myanmar

A new army called the Burma National Revolution Force (BNRA) was established on Sep 9, in central Myanmar led by the Myanmar Royal Dragon Army (MRDA), known as one of the most powerful armed resistance groups operating in Myanmar's Sagain division.

As part of the ongoing political upheaval, the primary objective of BNRA is to dismantle the existing military regime, and to improve the chain of command in their operational areas, according to the announcement video released by BNRA.

The announcement further stated that they are ready to have a joint operation with other armed groups which opposed to the current military regime including the National Unity Government, and other ethnic armed organizations (EAOs).
